Adult SUP Yoga Lesson & Coffee


Book your SUP Yoga Lessons here. Meet on Sunday at 10 am for a coffee and chat and then get ready to head out on the water. Lessons last around 1 hour, and we supply the Paddleboards and buoyancy aids; wear a wetsuit if you have one (we have some to spare) suitable shoes (i.e. non-slip runners). Please get to the club half an hour before your lesson to get your briefing and instructions from one of our Instructors before heading out. We will keep a close eye on weather conditions, and if it does not seem safe, we can do an indoor session. We hope you will have lots of fun.

Allow 2.5 hours for your lesson (from when we meet up to finish).
