ILCA (Laser) Coaching
Training block of 5 boat handling sessions and 5 sessions before the Frostbite Series.
Both ILCA 4 & ILCA 6 are welcome.
Times: 09:30 – 12:30 Sailors must be Rigged and Ready for 09:30
Dates: Starts on January 21st and runs weekly*. Note, there will be one Saturday session during January, February, and March.
