Schedule for Summer Courses for 2026
There are plenty of ways for your children to learn to sail, have fun, and make new friends at Howth Yacht Club. We welcome young sailors aged 6 to 17 to discover the excitement and lifelong joy of sailing.
Our courses are led by qualified Irish Sailing instructors and take place in the safe, sheltered waters around Howth and Ireland’s Eye. Many children enjoy learning alongside their friends, so we encourage parents to coordinate with others to join the same courses for maximum enjoyment.
If that’s not possible, don’t worry — our experienced and friendly team ensures every child feels welcome, has a fantastic time, and makes new friends along the way.
All participants in our junior courses are required to become members of Howth Yacht Club, giving them access to a wide range of on-the-water activities to enjoy throughout the year.
