Description

This coaching clinic is designed for optimist Sailors who are competing at the IODAI Nationals. Exceptions can be made to this rule but please contact Matthew – Sailing@hyc.ie before booking the course.

The 1 week clinic will be focused on preparing the sailors for the naitonal championships taking place in RCYC this August. Depending on the numbers we will have a group for the main fleet and regatta fleet.
